The Mount Lavinia Hotel has a fully equipped Business Centre with broadband Internet connectivity, computers, email and CD burning services, fax, photo copying machines and scanning machines. Our friendly and efficient staff can help you with whatever function you need to carry out, including courier service with TNT. The Business Centre also performs a valuable supporting role when you are organizing a corporate event at the hotel.
The hotel is in the process of setting up a new business centre which will include additional services such as secretarial services, multimedia facilities, binding, laminating, renting cellular phones and fax and photocopy machines, renting laptops for in-house guests, conference phoning, dictaphone, private mailbox and meeting room service.
The meeting room package comprises of notepads, pens, bottled water, dictaphones, conference phones and multimedia rental facilities. The stationery provided for the use of guests include letterheads, envelopes, fax, writing pads, laminating paper, transparency sheets and CDs.
