Anura Dewapura
Anura Dewapura counts over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in over 13 countries in Asia, America, Europe, Australia, Middle East, Caribbean and South America. His reputation has been earned working for some of the leading hospitality establishments of the world such as Starwood Luxury Collection, Regent International, Hilton International, LXR Luxury Resorts and Hershey Resorts, in capacities varying from Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director, Executive Assistant Manager, Director of Operations, and General Manager. He returned to Sri Lanka after 30 years of gathering invaluable industry experience gained abroad.
Anura holds a B.A (First Class Honours) Degree in International Hotel Management from the University of Manchester Metropolitan, UK and a Swiss Higher Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from the Hotel Management Institute, Switzerland. He has also taken part in a Professional Development Programme at Cornell University, USA and is a past student of Isipathana College, Colombo
