Resident Manager
Harinda Weerasinghe, who completed 25 years at the Mount Lavinia Hotel recently. He joined the beach resort after completing his education at Nalanda College.
His career began as a Trainee Receptionist and he moved up gradually to Front Office Manager. He then moved to the Sales and Marketing Department where he rose to the position of Director of Sales & Marketing and eventually as the Resident Manager where he assists the General Manager..
