Saman also served at the Taj Exotica as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and the Blue Water Hotel in Wadduwa hence his knowledge on food, beverage and bar operations is par excellence
Saman holds a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Swiss Asian Hotel School of Hotel Management and Tourism(in collaboration with Swiss School of Hotel Management and Tourism in Switzerland)
