Saman holds 19 years experience in the Hospitality industry including the Blue Water Hotel in Wadduwa, Taj Exotica Bentota, Hotel Serendib, Fihal Hohi Tourist resort South Male, Maldives, Hotel Reefcomber, Hikkaduwa, and now holds the position of Senior Manager Catering and Conventions at the Mount Lavinia Hotel

Saman also served at the Taj Exotica as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and the Blue Water Hotel in Wadduwa hence his knowledge on food, beverage and bar operations is par excellence

Saman holds a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Swiss Asian Hotel School of Hotel Management and Tourism(in collaboration with Swiss School of Hotel Management and Tourism in Switzerland)
