About Chef Ralf
Senior Executive Chef Ralf Vogt qualified as a Master Chef in Germany over 20 years ago. Since then he has worked in senior chef positions for a number of 5-star luxury hotel groups, including Hilton and Intercontinental, in locations all over the world such as Japan, Korea, India, Maldives, Germany and of course Sri Lanka.
As such, Chef Ralf’s knowledge and experience of world cuisine surpasses that of any other chef on this island. However, having worked here in Sri Lanka for 9 years he also has extensive knowledge of the local cuisine and flavours.
