The annual Chaine dinner which was held at the Mount Lavinia Hotel on Saturday the 17th of February, witnessed its members journey through a gastronomical adventure. The meticulously crafted menu was presented by Chef Ralph Vogt who is the Director – Food and Beverage of Mount Lavinia Hotel. The menu consisted of an exotic array of dishes ranging from diverse cuisines from around the globe. The showcase was embedded with creative culinary skills as each dish portrayed work of culinary art. A selection of handpicked fine wine complemented the sensuous food. The Chaine members experienced a new and unexplored gastronomical dimension, as their palettes succumbed to the pleasurable experience of fine dining.
